Commercial FrontLoad

 

We offer 4-yard and 8-yard frontload containers for permanent/regular solid waste collection. These
containers are for commercial use at businesses, restaurants, and farms. They are not for cleanouts,
remodels, or residential service.
4-yards are 4 foot tall, 6 foot wide, 4 Foot long They hold about 8 – 90-gallon carts worth of trash
8-yards are 7 foot tall, 6 foot wide, 6 foot long They hold about 16- 90-gallon carts of trash

 

Frontload Service – Terms and Conditions:

We will provide a frontload container and service the container on a regular schedule. Service will be billed by the month and in advance and be due each month by the 15th and late fees will be accessed on overdue payments. We will deliver a container(s) and place it at a service location agreeable to DTS and Customer. Customer shall be responsible for loss or damage to the container except for normal wear and tear or for loss or damage resulting from DTS handling of the container. Customer shall not overload (by weight or volume), move or alter the container and shall use the container only for its proper and intended purpose. Customer agrees to hold DTS harmless against all claims, damages, suits, and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property arising out of Customer’s use, operation, or possession of the container. Customer shall provide unobstructed access to the container. If the container is inaccessible when DTS attempts to provide service, Customer will not be provided credit for the cost of the missed service. Additional service (dumps) requested by the Customer will incur an additional charge. Customer will not allow to be placed in the container: tires, used oil, lead acid batteries, paints, construction/remodeling debris, yard debris, electronic devices, appliances, furniture, animals, or any other hazardous, dangerous, or illegal waste materials.

Customer agrees that DTS will occasionally provide service on days other than the regularly scheduled service day due to Holidays, inclement weather, or equipment failure. DTS will make every reasonable effort to service the container as soon as is practical after such a delaying occurrence
