If you are paying on an account that is past due please note that payments are not received until the following business day (Payments made on Fridays/Weekends will not be received until Monday). This may effect your collection if paying the day before your normal pickup day. Please contact us to avoid suspension or termination.

David’s Trash Service Billing Policy
For new customers payment would be due within 10 days of receiving the cart by either mail or online. Afterwards you will receive a postcard by mail at the end of your billing quarter or year which would be due by the 15th of the following month (See the example below. The bill date is July so payment is due by August 15th). If we have not received payment by the 15th, a late fee will be added to your account, and you will be sent a pink late notice. The pink notice will need to be paid immediately otherwise service will be suspended and then terminated. If service is terminated we require the past due balance, a redelivery fee and the upcoming quarterly/yearly payment to re-establish service. If your trash is missed, check to see if your bill is past due. If you pay us by check and it is returned for “insufficient funds”, we will contact you. Our fee for returned checks is $25.00. Please note all pricing is subject to change at anytime without notice.
