Commercial & Residential Rolloff

We carry 12-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard Rolloff containers. These containers are for residential and commercial use for the collection of remodeling/construction materials, household trash, furniture, tires, & yard debris.

(Please note that the materials listed cannot be mixed in the dumpster, they must be disposed of separately due to federal/state law and or landfill restrictions.)

12-yard is 10 foot long, 4 foot tall and 6 foot wide
30-yard is 22 foot long, 6 foot tall and 7 foot wide
40-yard is 22 foot long, 7 foot tall and 7 foot wide

Rolloff Service – Terms and Conditions

We will provide a Rolloff container for your use in storing and disposing of solid waste (trash/furniture or remodeling debris). We will deliver the container you have ordered and place it on your site in a location agreeable to both DTS and the customer. The container must be placed in a location that will be accessible under wet conditions. We will not place the container in a location where our driver will get stuck and/or not be able to collect the dumpster. We will not be liable for damage to your property resulting from the delivery and servicing of the container (unless the damage was due to our negligence). You agree to place only those materials that may lawfully be disposed of at the disposal site(s) into the container. Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, infectious, asbestos or any other illegal wastes may not be placed in the container. No concrete, tires, electronics, appliances, hazardous chemicals, paint, or yard debris may be placed in the container.

You will be responsible for our container while it is on your site. If the container is damaged while on your site (except when being serviced by DTS or due to normal wear and tear), then you will be responsible for the repair cost resulting from the damage. You agree not to overload the container by weight or volume and ensure that no items are sticking over the top of the container. All items mut be level with the top of the container so it can be tarped and to ensure no items fall out when transporting. When the container is filled, you should call us for service. We must have unobstructed access to the container to service it. If we cannot service the container due to an obstruction, you will be assessed a service charge and instructed to call us when the obstruction is cleared. If DTS is cited or fined for a violation resulting from improper materials being placed into the container or the container being loaded beyond its weight maximum, then you will be responsible for the cost of any fines and/or the remediation of any such violation due to your loading of the container. Unless otherwise indicated, we will bill you monthly for rent, service and disposal fees assessed during the preceding month. Your payment will be due within 15 days of the billing date. If we do not receive your payment by then, we will add 1.5% to the costs for your rent, service, and disposal.
